Non-customised orders will be shipped the same day (for orders received by 11 AM) or by the next day. All couriers to major metro cities are sent by air, with a typical delivery TAT of 2-3 days.

For customised orders, it may take 1-2 days to ship the order, based on the customisation request. The team will contact you post the order to discuss the customisation request on the shared mobile number.

No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped. We do allow for a replacement in case of a damaged product received at the time of delivery. Please capture proofs for verification and to enable us to share them with our courier partners.

For apparel orders, size exchange is allowed once. Please follow the size guide appropriately to order the right fit.

No cancellations allowed once a customised product has been started for manufacturing based on the details discussed and finalised. This preserves our artisans' work from becoming unusable, since none of this is machine-made!
All of the above help our small business run smoothly and ensure the hard work of our artisans is best utilised. Since we are a small business, we are also open to making exceptions on a case-by-case basis :)
